About the cantina
Cantina Araucária started in the Zanella family's kitchen, with the recipes our nona brought down from the highlands: griddled polenta, spring chicken on Sundays and pine nuts in winter. The table has grown, but the way we cook has not. Pasta is rolled by hand every morning, ingredients come from local farmers, and the food arrives hot, whether you eat with us or at home.
